Welcome to my vision on the web! I’m Richard Hunter, a dreamer of all things that touch the heart and soul!

I've spent most of the 40 years of my work career writing for and about business. Throughout that time, and even earlier, I would find myself also trying to sort out the successes and failures, loves and loses on paper. About 20 years ago, I found that those experiences started to seep into my business writing.

 

At first, I tried to convince the companies I was working for of the benefits of seeing the shared experiences between employer and employee as something more than what could be explained in a data point, or a profit and loss statement. That humans needed more than a vision statement, more than a mission statement, more than a goal. We need to connect to each other!

Now, after my career has seen more changes that a diaper pail, as I am approaching my own mortality, I want to express more of the creativity inside me. A side I've placed on hold for far too long. I want to share that side with you.
